This new resource, developed with Louise T Davies, links to the KS3 National Strategy D&T training programme, focusing on creative designing, literacy in D&T and working together. The activities also cover National Curriculum requirements for D&T and Citizenship.

The program contains inspiring photographs and recipes to develop pupils' passion about our culture and country, its history and traditions regarding food festivals, recipes, local customs, ingredients, places and people.
You can use the program with the latest technologies in classrooms - for example LCD projectors and interactive whiteboards, laptops or computer suites. Or you can use the printed photographs for traditional group work and homework.
The interactive tasks feature inspiring photographs taken from the Tuck-in series of recipe booklets containing tempting ideas for preparing beef and lamb dishes, produced by the English Beef and Lamb Executive.
